order to place purchases and order testing, ELISA Technologies, Inc.
will request information from our customers such as a contact name,
mailing address, e-mail address, company name, and telephone
number. Response to these inquiries is necessary to process orders
and send test kits and laboratory results. ELISA Technologies, Inc.
may also use this data for other business purposes, such as alerting
customers to new tests or services that might be of benefit to
them. Contact information is stored securely and made available
only to essential employees. ELISA Technologies, Inc. will not
share this contact information with any third party.
ELISA Technologies, Inc. may retain the
content of any e-mail correspondence, together with the customer’s
e-mail address and any responses. ELISA Technologies, Inc. provides
the same protection for these electronic communications that we
employ in the maintenance of information received by mail or

Billing Information
In order to process
customer requests for test kits or testing, ELISA Technologies, Inc.
may require credit card information or payment by check.
Confidential credit card or check information will only be shared
with the customer’s credit card company or banking institution in
order to process payments.
Kit Order and Testing
Information
ELISA Technologies,
Inc. will not disclose information regarding customers’ order
histories or test results to any third party, unless specific
approval is obtained in writing. Test results are stored securely
and are accessible only to essential employees. Any identifying
marks or labels are removed or obliterated before samples are
disposed of. Paper records are shredded before disposal.
Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are
committed to the protection of customer information. In general,
our business practices limit employee access to confidential
information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to
authorized persons, processes and transactions. Customers may
request access to all of their personally-identifiable information
