ELISA Technologies offers in-house testing services for soy in food and beverage to meet your QA / QC needs. We offer a three-working-day turn around time on results from the time we receive a sample on most tests*. Next day rush is available for samples received before Noon (EST)**. Our support staff will fax the listed contact person the results as soon as the results are available from our laboratory. We then mail the original report to the listed contact person. Our testing services are highly confidential. Information is only reported to the issuing company and then only to their indicated contact person.

A minimum of 100 grams of product is requested when sending in a sample for testing.

Our soy test detects soy tylosin inhibitor and soy flour proteins with an LOD range of 2.5 ppm to 25 ppm.
