Kit Replacement Policy

Diagnostic testing kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. ELISA Technologies, Inc. stands behind the quality of all of our testing kits, and will provide replacements in the event of demonstrated kit failures or other error on our part. However, we do not accept kit returns that result from customer ordering errors, incorrect use of the kits, or reports of kit failure that are not accompanied by data demonstrating the problem. In the event of a verified kit failure, the customer will receive a replacement kit or credit towards the future purchase of a testing kit.

Terms

Government agencies and public institutions are extended credit; business accounts may be set up as well. Prices are in US dollars; payments should be made in the same. We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.

Special Orders

If you need custom kits or large volumes, call for special orders.

Shipping

All international orders are send FedEx International, Priority, or UPS Worldwide. International orders received Mon – Thurs are shipped Friday. All domestic orders received Mon – Thurs by 12 noon may be shipped the same day, depending on type of shipping requested. Domestic shipping methods may be chosen by the customer using the options listed in the table below. Only international and ground orders are shipped on Fridays. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, custom charges or delays. On credit accounts, shipping charges are prepaid by ELISA Technologies and are invoiced to the customer. We use UPS and FedEx, and try to select the best method, taking into account the safety of the merchandise and the cost of the shipping. Recently, UPS and FedEx have added a variety of extra charges, including charges for oversize cartons, residential deliveries and dimensional weight. If you have a special request, such as overnight service, the need for inside delivery, or a preferred carrier, please let us know when you place your order. Again, shipping charges are not included in the unit prices of items and will be billed with the material. We can estimate shipping charges for you; let us know the zip quantities and items you are seeking, as well as the delivery zip code.

Damages and Claims

While we take care in both pulling the items for your order and in packaging orders to assure safe arrival at their destination, there are occasions where problems arise. Please open all cartons to ensure that everything is as it should be; notify us of damage discrepancies within 48 hours. Errors in shipments can be corrected easily at this point. In the case of damage, we can advise you of the procedures to follow. When signing for a shipment, please inspect material for visible damage and either refuse or note that there was damage on the delivery receipt. Save all packaging material from damaged shipments as this may be needed for inspection once a claim is filed.

Returns

All Sales Are Final. All claims for missing or incorrect items within kits must be received within 5 days after order receipt.

Prices

We make every attempt to keep prices on this website current; however please verify costs when placing an order as market conditions fluctuate and prices are adjusted accordingly. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order was placed. Please contact us for special pricing on volume or special orders.

Sales Tax

State and federal government agencies are tax exempt. If you are a business or an individual in the State of Florida, we must charge sales tax unless you provide us with a tax-exempt certificate.
