EZ Gluten® Resources for Dietitians and Nutritionists

EZ Gluten® is a rapid test for gluten in foods and beverages down to 10 ppm that takes 10-15 minutes to run. This test was designed for industry and established the AOAC Research Institute’s PTMSM certification for gluten assays but is easy enough for consumers to run on their own. Educators – EZ Gluten® can be used as an educational tool for teaching students about safe handling of allergens and gluten. This can be done by having students run samples as part of a class on allergen and gluten-friendly food preparation, living with celiac disease or food allergies, and how to confirm whether foods are gluten-free. We offer discounts for educational use and can also offer guest lectures (in-person for local schools or virtually) by our Scientific Director who is a PhD medical scientist and Academy member.
